RRLC member public libraries may borrow directly from four RRLC academic libraries using ILLiad. ILLiad is the electronic system available from OCLC that can be used to request items through interlibrary loan. RRLC public libraries are able to create ILLiad accounts with participating RRLC academic libraries: SUNY Geneseo, SUNY Brockport, Nazareth University, and St. John Fisher University. Loan requests are integrated into the regular ILL workflow at the academic libraries. Loaned materials are shipped and returned using the public library system delivery service and the RRLC delivery service.
