Code of Conduct

RRLC strives to create a forum for learning and sharing ideas within a safe and respectful environment. We value your attendance and are dedicated to providing a positive and safe experience for all participants. We want all attendees to feel welcomed, supported, and included at all RRLC events, conferences, meetings, or social gatherings.

Attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff at our events are required to behave in accordance with the Code of Conduct. RRLC staff will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everybody.

RRLC is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, religion, citizenship, class, or beliefs.

Treat all RRLC staff, event attendees, and speakers with respect. We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Attendees who violate these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from an event at the discretion of the RRLC staff. Expulsion may result in being barred from future RRLC events.

If you believe someone is violating the Code of Conduct, we ask that you report it to a RRLC staff person, who will take the appropriate action to address the situation. Incidents may be reported to Tina Broomfield, Laura Schiefer, or RRLC Admin.
