This webinar will focus on student employment practices since the pandemic and managing the next generation of student workers. How has student employment changed in the last few years? What are some expectations of student employees, or student supervisors? Is job burnout a concern with student employees? How do we empower, train, and retain student employees? Join us for an interactive presentation that will tackle these topics and more!

Learning Objectives
Participants will be able to:
– identify how student employment has changed since the pandemic
– identify what supervisors of student employees might want to consider to attract, empower, and retain student employees
– recognize how job burnout might affect not only student employees, but supervisors as well
