Misinformation has been around since the times of Ancient Egypt. It’s not new, but evolving technology has increased its spread exponentially. Similar to infectious diseases, we are all potential vectors in the spread of misinformation.

Inoculate yourself to misinformation by participating in this introduction to identifying and fighting misinformation! During this webinar, participants will review the modern misinformation landscape, learn about and utilize fact checking tools, and pave a path to becoming a better digital citizen.

Learning Outcomes

  • Understand the landscape of misinformation today.
  • Identify and utilize tools to assist in the identification of misinformation and disinformation.
