Empire State Immersive Experiences (ESIE) is a service of the Western New York Library Resources Council (WNYLRC). ESIE provides a host software platform for 360-degree images of places and objects. These images are searchable using the extensive metadata uploaded with the images and can be transformed using editing tools to add directional inputs and hotspots.
RRLC is supporting ESIE with funding for its members through its 2022 Technology Grant. RRLC members may request up to $750 in funding to cover the cost of a 360-degree camera and related accessories to produce high-quality and immersive audiovisual records of historic or significant places for upload to the Empire State Immersive Experiences (ESIE) online platform.
Join us for an introduction to Empire State Immersive Experiences and learn how you can connect and contribute.
