Presenter information: Lauren Mattiuzzo has been an employee of the William S. Hein & Co., Inc. for more than 20 years. During her long tenure she has utilized her diverse skill set to contribute to various departments throughout her career. Currently, she serves as the lead member of the Marketing staff and is responsible for overseeing the HeinOnline support team. She is dedicated to customer satisfaction and providing researchers with the necessary resources and assistance to locate materials efficiently.

Noah Short has been with the William S. Hein & Co., Inc. for 16 years. In his current role as Senior Manager of Digital Production, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s digital content production process. This includes managing the scanning and indexing of content for HeinOnline databases, which provide researchers with online access to a vast library of legal and historical materials. He is known for his dedication to providing customers with the highest quality products and services.
