Change Management: Navigating and Communicating Change in Libraries

April 10 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Free

RRLC is sponsoring seats to the webinar, “Change Management: Navigating and Communicating Change in Libraries”,  for RRLC members. It is free for you to attend, but space is limited!

Change is hard, especially when it comes so fast. AI, increased need for services, generational shifts and more are all simultaneously affecting libraries. How can library leaders both communicate and implement change? How can you shift the culture in your library? What are the barriers between policy and implementation and how can you overcome them? Webinar attendees will leave with some change management ideas and templates they can use to steer their organizations.

This webinar will discuss:
• Change management models and frameworks
• Case studies around change, what to do and not to do
• Communicating from middle management
• Suggestions from being reactive to proactive in change

Presenter: Carrie Rogers-Whitehead is the founder of Digital Respons-Ability, a mission-based company that teaches digital citizenship to tens of thousands of parents, students, and educators across the world.
