Rochester Regional Library Council is located on the second floor of The Design Center, 3445 Winton Place, Suite 204, Rochester, NY 14623.
Use the middle entrance on the north side of the building (look for the blue Realtor sign), and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. Our office is to the left, just past the restrooms.
In the event that the main elevator is out of order, there is an alternative elevator located near the entrance of Parking Lot A.
