RRLC Plan of Service

A five-year Plan of Service is required for all Reference and Research Library Resources Councils in New York State. The plan Elements (areas of service) are designated by the Division of Library Development. RRLC’s current Plan of Service covers July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2026.

We used data gathered in our recent RRLC Member Survey (conducted by Causewave Community Partners in October 2020) in development of the Plan of Service, which has been reviewed by both the RRLC Advisory Committee and the Board of Trustees.

The Plan of Service was approved by the Division of Library Development on May 27, 2021.
