The first time you visit OPAL, you will be prompted to download and install a safe software plugin. Please follow the instructions on the screen.

To Use RRLC's OPAL Conference Room:

1. Please contact Debby Emerson at RRLC to schedule use of the virtual room. It is available at any time, as long as no one else is using it. [demerson@rrlc.org or call 585-223-7570]
2. You will need to be at a computer with Internet access, speakers and a microphone.
3. Navigate to http://www.conference321.com/masteradmin/room.asp?id=rs40ddf214398e
4. You may enter any username you wish. This is the name that will be displayed in the list of meeting participants.
5. If you are joining as a participant, leave the password field blank.
6. If you are the moderator, enter "mod" as the password.
7. There may be up to 25 people in the room at any given time.
8. There is no cost to member libraries for using this service.
